Expert knowledge of supporting Finacle 10.x. Responsible for contributing towards various phases of Finacle L2 Support project lifecycle.
Coordinate recurring issues and ensure long-term resolution through proper Incident and Problem Management. Providing status to leads, stakeholders and working with vendors to review the design/fix/enabling for production deployment. Comprehensive understanding of Finacle operations.
Strong analytical and proven troubleshooting skills. Must be able to identify, troubleshoot and resolve system and application outages. Tactical Orientation.
Communication and Presentation skills. Requirements Resource with good technical knowledge in modules like CASA, Term Deposit, Loans, ODCC and Payments. Knowledge in Connect24 support and Finacle Integrator (FI)Support.
