Job Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the Lab Analysts, Controllers (chemist and microbiologist) in analytical testing.
- Ensure the data review and analysis is performed in a safe and reliable manner to support manufacturing operations in accordance with standard procedures.
- Ensure the Lab's operation and practices are following to EN ISO 13485, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), JQMS and Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
- Perform daily operations, problem solving, and continuous improvements in the Laboratory.
- Supervise LAB analysts and technicians during testing that will also include equipment troubleshooting, equipment failure handling and investigation.
- Review analytical test results (inclusive of both raw materials and product) and monitor trends to detect early anomaly to prevent an Out-of-Specification situation.
