Job Title: Lab AssociateJob Description
The Lab Associate is responsible for performing routine testing on all samples within the Analytical Services laboratory. The role supports process control, quality control, process development, product development, and waste management. This position requires working eight-hour shifts, rotating days within each shift every three to four months, in a 24-hour production site operating on three shifts.
Responsibilities
+ Perform routine analytical testing as directed by protocols and work instructions.
+ Work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
+ Request additional work to increase team productivity.
+ Prepare solutions, clean glassware, dispose of solid/liquid waste, and assist in overall laboratory operations.
+ Train others on waste management.
+ Alert lab leadership of issues or discrepancies involving sample integrity, supply inventory, safety concerns, or analysis ir...
