Lab Desktop Support Engineer The Lab Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for managing the day to day issues that arise on the validated Analytical Laboratory Systems. The successful candidate will be part of the Lab Services Team which will maintain the incident queue and manage & resolve issues as they arise in a timely manner. He/she will need to have experience in the support of IT applications. He/she is expected to be self-motivated and develop an understanding of the business. 3. Experience : 6 - 10 years 4.
