Lab IT Administrator (temporary 12 months)

Description

The Lab IT Administrator is responsible for the day to day administration, support, and stability of laboratory IT systems and applications. The role ensures reliable operation of lab applications and infrastructure, provides first and second line support to laboratory users, and acts as the key interface between laboratory operations and central IT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and functionality of laboratory systems and applications, including onboardings, regular updates and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with IT, Quality, and vendors to resolve complex technical issues
• Write and review documents related to laboratory systems and applications (for example qualifications, SOPs)
• Support planned changes, deviations, CAPA
• Support IT systems and infrastructure
