Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize concrete mix designs for various applications in ready-mix, precast, high-strength, etc.
- Conduct laboratory trials and testing (slump, compressive strength, setting time, durability, etc.
- Evaluate raw materials such as cement, aggregates, and admixtures
- Perform plant trials and ensure smooth transition from lab to production
