As the Laboratory Manager EMC & Radio, you will be responsible for enabling and managing the workflow through your team to facilitate the progress of projects whilst liaising with key members both within the Laboratory and across the wider business, maintaining a collaborative approach which provides solutions and not 'blockers' and is supportive in nature.
Required skills and experience:
IT proficient
Strong numeracy skills with the knowledge of calculating and tabulating results
Clear written and verbal communications skills with the ability to clearly convey processes, results and key messages and able to build rapport, quickly and effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to network and build strong relationships to collaborate with both Clients and members of the business to ensure that the business TQA promise is consi...
