AGAT Laboratories is hiring for a full‑time, permanent entry‑level Laboratory Technician to work in our Gas and Condensate Lab in Grande Prairie, Alberta. The role requires adaptability and willingness to take on new responsibilities as needed.

What you will be doing

• Prepare samples as well as perform lab technician analysis.
• Maintain intermediate instrumentation in optimized and calibrated condition.
• Troubleshoots instrumental problems and basic maintenance of instrumentation.
• Perform sample, reagent and calibration standard preparation.
• Theoretical knowledge of GC’s and chromatography/spectroscopy.
• Report results for client samples.
• Verify and validate data.
• Keep accurate and up‑to‑date records.
• Follow all SOPs and QC procedures.
