ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform sample and reagent preparation, DNA extraction and isolation, processing, quality analysis prior to genotyping, and related molecular biology tasks.
Execute all duties essential to high-throughput data generation for platform-specific technologies, including primary and secondary platforms.
Operate and maintain electronic and robotic equipment essential to processing, such as liquid handling robots, multichannel pipettes, and electronic repeaters.
Maintain consistency and quality in laboratory techniques and procedures within a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
Generate and analyze initial data from various laboratory techniques and analytical instrumentation.
Maintain accurate records, including laboratory notebooks, lot tracking, sample archives, LIMS entries, and repositories.
