Labour and Employment Lawyer
JD/LL.B. degree from an accredited law school
BC and/or AB call
At least 5 year call
Experience in employment and labour legal practice; human rights and privacy experience desirable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional research and analytical abilities
Proficiency in legal drafting and document review
Advocacy experience in court, tribunal, ADR
Ability to manage files independently and on budget, and to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Salary/Rate Range: $135,000.00 - $200,000.00
