Laminates Shipping Supervisor.

JOB PURPOSE:
The primary responsibility of the Shipping Supervisor is to effectively lead the Shipping / Receiving and Warehouse Order Processor teams by establishing, implementing, and monitoring training plans, goals of the organization, shipping requirements, processes, on-time delivery, safety and quality. This includes shipping of manufactured products, receiving products, receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records. Provides direction with regard to equipment, processes and company goals in conjunction with the Logistics Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
