Job Description
Providing advisory level of oversight on existing land acquisition processes for continuous improvement
Assisting the team with implementation of best practices based on industry knowledge and previous experiences
Identification and evaluation of proposed site for solar/wind farm projects, survey of proposed Land & verification/determination of land price.
Scrutiny and verification of all land related documents. Preparation of feasibility reports, preliminary notes on the property, title reports, and search reports.
