You bring a proven track record in land acquisition within the housebuilding or property sector, with demonstrable success in sourcing, negotiating and securing high-quality sites. You possess in-depth market knowledge across Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire and Derbyshire, supported by a well-established network of agents, landowners, and key regional stakeholders.

You are a confident and credible dealmaker, comfortable leading complex negotiations and navigating opportunities from initial identification through to completion.
