Advise government entities and municipalities on land development and zoning matters for large development projects, ensuring compliance with municipal, provincial, and federal regulations.Conduct comprehensive due diligence reviews to assess the legal aspects of land transactions, including title searches, environmental assessments, and regulatory compliance.Assist clients in obtaining necessary permits, approvals, and variances for land development projects.
