The Position
Under the direction of the Infrastructure and Government Services Division Manager (“DM”), the incumbent is responsible for the shíshálh Lands department. The Manager will be accountable for managing commercial and residential leases and developing new leasing opportunities. They will also participate in Land Use Planning activities.
The Candidate:
- Develop, implement and maintain the Registry Systems, including but not limited to physical files, electronic files, the Indian Land Registry and the Land Title Survey Office.
- Manage shíshálh Lands in accordance with various jurisdictional documents, laws, by-laws and policies in coordination with other departments as required.
