Must-Haves:

• 5–10 years of experience in Landscape Architecture
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture
• Professional licensure (ASLA or equivalent)
• Strong proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Rhino (3D modeling)
• LandFX
• Bluebeam
• Experience in high-end residential design projects
• Proven ability to produce construction documents and handle construction administration
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Portfolio showcasing design and artistic capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with clients

Plusses:

• Background working with forest service or large-scale land/terrain projects
• Experience evaluating land conditions (septic, irrigation, grading, etc.)
