The role focuses on creating, managing, and integrating detailed 3D landscape models into luxury real estate projects, ensuring seamless coordination with architectural, structural, and MEP designs. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to world‑class developments and deliver visually compelling, sustainable landscape designs.

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models for landscape features including terrain, vegetation, hardscape, pathways, and water elements using Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil3D.
