Landscape Estimation Engineer
Our client is currently hiring for the position of Landscape Estimation Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender pricing for landscape projects
• Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and project scope
• Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with market conditions
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams
• Source materials and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare detailed estimation reports and tender submissions
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and project requirements
• Propose value engineering and cost-optimization solutions
