About the role

As a Language Services Associate you will be responsible for delivering best‑in‑class, accurate and timely transcription content. You will be responsible for the timely production of high quality English language transcripts concerning sophisticated business issues and will also produce high quality summaries with the most important interview insights in a condensed, digestible format.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of working experience.
• Solid knowledge and ability to engage in different content/linguistic tasks.
• Excellent English grammar skills and high attention to detail.
• The ability to meet 99% transcription accuracy.
• Strong dedication and ownership to meet project deadlines on time.
• Ability to follow an intelligent verbatim style guide and use content to inform wording.
• Fluency in a second language (i.e. French) and / or experience with accented English is considered a strong asset....
