Large Animal Veterinarian

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries in livestock.
• Perform routine and emergency veterinary surgeries.
• Implement vaccination, disease prevention, and herd health programs.
• Conduct farm visits and provide veterinary support and guidance.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with animal welfare standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM/BVSc or equivalent).
• Proven experience in large animal veterinary practice.
• Strong background in veterinary surgery.
• Hands-on experience with livestock and farm animals, including cattle, sheep, goats, and camels.
• Knowledge of herd health management, disease prevention, and animal welfare standards.
• Willingness to relocate and work in the UAE.
