LatAm - Lead AWS Data Engineer

We are actively seeking a Lead AWS Data Engineer to join our growing team in LATAM. This remote role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact projects, specifically focusing on complex data migrations and cloud-native architecture design.

As a Lead, you will own the end-to-end execution of data strategies, moving beyond execution to define the how and why of our data solutions. You will collaborate intimately with clients to translate business requirements into scalable AWS architectures, overseeing the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud platforms. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring Senior and Junior engineers, ensuring code quality, and implementing best practices in data governance and security.
