LATAM Regional HR Advisor – Employer of Record

Rippling is looking for a Regional HR Advisor based in Colombia to play a vital role in supporting our Employer of Record service. This position involves guiding clients through the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while addressing compliance and employee relations challenges.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of HR experience in the Latin America region, deep knowledge of local labor laws, and proficiency in both Spanish and English. This is a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to Rippling's expansion in Latin America.
