GENERAL FUNCTION:
The Loan Capital Markets Solutions team operates within Debt Capital Markets and assists deal teams in the successful completion of new and existing financings. The LCM Solutions Analyst I works closely with the DCM Originations and Agency Services teams to ensure smooth and successful legal and financial closing and funding of new transactions, amendments, and waivers.
This role performs a wide range of analytical, closing, and transaction due diligence functions in support of the execution of capital markets financing solutions across loan products.
