LCS Mission Bay / Deck Trainer

Job Description:

General Dynamics Information Technology is actively seeking a Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Mission Bay / Deck Trainer having recently served on LCS or with operational Navy Deck Operations Fleet experience.  Highly desired experience with Boatswains Mate (BM) rating, Seamanship Training Team (STT), Mission Bay operations, and LCS safety processes and procedures.

Develops; organizes; and conducts Mission Bay / Deck Operations training and educational programs for personnel assigned to Littoral Combat Ships.  Must be capable of conducting conventional knowledge-based classroom teaching, performance/scenario-based Mission Bay Trainer (MBT), and laboratory training.  The candidate would serve as an Instructor to train LCS sailors in operational employment of the MOBICON; Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and associated LCS deck systems; system capabilities and limitations; mission planning and execution; and communic...
