LD18496 - Superintendent – Lithium Resource Development

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Resource Development professional to join a growing technical team supporting multiple lithium operations across Western Australia.

Reporting to the Technical Manager – Resource Development, this role will provide technical leadership across three operating lithium assets, driving resource growth, geological modelling, resource estimation and development planning activities. Operating on an 8/6 roster, the position offers a blend of site engagement and Perth-based office work, providing exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of the business.

This role will suit a technically strong geologist who enjoys working across multiple operations, collaborating with site teams and influencing key resource development decisions in a fast-paced mining environment.
