THE ROLE The Lead Youth Activity Worker is a front‑line position that is responsible for planning and leading activities and programs for children and youth ages 6-18, program prep and clean up, purchasing program supplies, preparing meals and snacks, driving participants in agency vehicles on field trips, mentoring Activity Workers and volunteers, promoting safety, and dealing with incidents and sensitive issues.
