You work directly with CIOs, CDOs, CPOs, and board-level stakeholders to shape strategy, redesign structures, and drive the kind of transformation that sticks. Your tasks
- Assess clients' AI readiness, develop their AI vision and target picture, and translate both into a concrete, prioritised transformation roadmap.
- Design AI-native operating models — rethinking team structures, ownership, value streams, and ways of working to make organisations genuinely fit for AI.
