Lead Airframe Design Engineer – Structures & Certification

Electra-Aero is seeking a Principal Airframe Design Engineer based in Olten, Switzerland. In this role, you will lead the design, integration, and optimization of the primary and secondary airframe structures for our nine-passenger EL9 hybrid-electric aircraft. A strong focus on performance, safety, and manufacturability is essential. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in structural design, with proficiency in 3D CAD software and a solid understanding of airframe components. The role requires on-site presence for close collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
