Job Title: Lead Assembly Operator
Location: Smethwick
Pay Rate: £12.95 - £14 per hour
Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30
* Friday: 07:30 – 12:30 (early finish)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Lead Assembly Operator to oversee and support the day-to-day operations of our production, warehouse, and refurbishment teams in Smethwick.
This is a key leadership role requiring a proactive individual who can lead by example on the shop floor while ensuring productivity, quality, and efficiency targets are met.
