Lead Backend Engineer (all genders)

We are looking for a Staff Backend Engineer (all genders) to be part of the development of our data-driven systems, specifically one of the Search, Recommendations and Sorting teams. These circles are embedded in our circle cluster “Customer & Shop Intelligence”, which is in charge of driving a personalized and inspirational shop experience.

There are multiple possible areas you could work on. One is designing and implementing search algorithms, leveraging NLP techniques, and optimizing search results for relevance and efficiency to ensure our Search Engine delivers highly accurate and comprehensive results, enhancing the overall user experience.
