Lead Breakfast Server

At the Element by Westin Calgary Downtown, we are a boutique, all-suite hotel located in Calgary’s vibrant west end, focused on the wellness of our guests and associates alike.

We are looking for a warm, friendly, and organized Lead Breakfast Server who will lead the breakfast service team, ensuring professional, competent, and prompt service that meets our restaurant and brand standards.

Key Accountabilities

• Always provide the highest quality service to guests and associates, leading by example.
• Train, maintain, and enforce all service standards.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for all associates and guests; report unsafe conditions to management.
• Ensure the department is fully staffed and able to handle the volume of business.
