Lead Construction Manager

PACIV , a global leader in industrial automation solutions servicing the Life Sciences sector, is seeking a Lead Construction Manager to provide overall leadership for construction execution across multiple pharmaceutical capital projects.

This role is responsible for overseeing field construction, contractor performance, safety, quality, and project execution to ensure successful mechanical completion and project delivery.

Position Responsibilities / Essential Functions: Lead the field construction organization, including Construction Managers, Construction Quality Leads, WPO Leads, and Assistant Construction Managers.

Oversee construction execution across multiple projects, including enabling works, facility construction, and site integration activities.
