As a key member of our organization you will play a crucial role in providing expert cost management and consultancy services for various construction projects across the region.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects of varying scales and complexities
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality
• Develop and maintain cost models benchmarks and databases to support accurate cost planning
• Prepare and analyze bills of quantities tender documents and contract documentation
• Provide expert advice on procurement strategies and contract administration
• Monitor and report on project costs including cash flow forecasts and cost-to-complete estimates
