This successful Cambridge company develop simulation software for specialist industry. With international reach, yet local offices and a family feel, they would suit an experienced engineer skilled in C# desktop software development including UI, able to take on leadership of a small team.
As well as developing software yourself, you would lead and inspire the team and advise on new technologies, whilst considering the needs of the team and the company. Additional topics such as security and IT may also be advantaged by your input.

You will have:
Extensive commercial-grade software development experience in desktop C# applications with .NET (whether .NET 6-10, Framework or Core). WPF is ideal, and any past use of Prism is helpful. Some additional knowledge of C++ (ideally MFC) is anticipated, for occasional small side projects on legacy software.
