Lead Developer in SRE will work alongside the technical director to drive the vision and evolution of our platform. Your role will ensure a reliable, high‑performing platform, shape the roadmap, integrate modern AI capabilities, and lead the SRE team.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Define and drive the vision for SRE platform development in collaboration with the technical director.
- Steward the platform, ensuring operation, maintenance, and continuous evolution.
- Manage and prioritize the SRE team’s development roadmap.
- Lead the adoption of modern AI capabilities to automate platform operations, accelerate development, and improve productivity.
- Manage the development team day‑to‑day, ensuring support and growth for each member.
- Distribute tasks and track progress, setting objectives aligned with company goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and mentor team members, supporting their career paths.
