We are looking for an experienced and innovative Lead Developer to strengthen our team. 
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing software development with an emphasis on AI-driven solutions and modern architecture. You will work across the following domains by leading through collaboration, driving both technical outcomes and team capability forward. 
AI-driven Development Production-proven experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or equivalent).
