Lead- Digital Assets Journey POD

Join our Digital Banking team and be part of the Bank’s innovation journey! Job Description: Lead the Digital Asset POD comprising Product, Business, Technology, Operations, and partner teams across development, SIT, testing, and rollout, while working closely with functional SPOCs from Risk, Compliance, Credit, and Service Quality to build robust, scalable, and customer-centric asset journeys. Drive decision-making on the asset journey roadmap, backlog prioritization, process exceptions, and regulatory innovation initiatives in collaboration with POD members and key stakeholders to ensure timely, well-governed, compliant, and business-aligned execution. Lead RBIH and ULI related initiatives with a strong focus on driving automation and digitization of services, while enabling platform resilience and continuity through partnership with multiple TSPs on the ULI platform.
