- LE is responsible for developing and maintaining sub-system as per requirements set by stakeholders, system engineers and architects and according to sub-system roadmap
- LE is accountable for technical performance, compliance with codes & regulation
- LE masters technology applicable to own component and sub-system
Create and maintain technical solution for component and sub-system
- Accountable and Responsible for creating detailed design specification from requirements
- Accountable for developing and maintaining technical solution
- Responsible for overall quality of the outcome of technical design
- Responsible for ensuring cost competitiveness of solution over lifecycle
- Support Project/Program manager and release manager with technical competence to prepare project/release plans
- Support and guide engineers with technical competences in engineering design and verification
