You own the accuracy, competitiveness, and consistency of all fit-out and joinery tender submissions while leading a team of estimators delivering offshore for a New Zealand construction business. Your responsibility is both commercial and operational: protect margin, enforce estimating discipline, and ensure every submission meets defined standards before reaching NZ management.

Day-to-day, you lead detailed take-offs, review BOQs and cost plans, validate supplier pricing, assess risk exposures, and sign off tenders prior to submission. You allocate workload, enforce structured workflows, and maintain predictable delivery cycles aligned with offshore reporting lines.
