Major Tasks & Responsibilities
Design and continuously optimize the overall strategy and framework in the areas of PD, Learning & Training, and Culture, in view of the outside-in business context as of today and tomorrow, as well as global guidance;
Lead the product portfolio development and innovation in alignment with global CoE-PD and OD chapter directions as well as China business needs;
Lead the definition, design, and delivery of PD & Culture initiatives at the top level of COV organizations in China, in close collaboration with respective BP teams;
