POSITION SUMMARY:
He/She will assist the Senior Facilities Engineer to manage the day-to-day operations of the Retail/Commercial Facilities. Ensure that all equipment and facilities exclusively used by the Commercial Spaces are 100% in good working condition by implementing timely and consistent preventive maintenance programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
40% 1. Oversee implementation of effective & consistent building/equipment preventive maintenance programs.
- To ensure reliable operations of the electro‑mechanical equipment system exclusively used by the Commercial Spaces, physical appearance, safety & security of all facilities by conducting regular inspection.
