Role Overview
Confluence Guild Co.
is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Lead Fashion Designer who's ready to grow fast and own a lot. You don't need to have done everything yet — but you need to be the kind of person who figures things out, moves quickly, and takes real pride in your craft. This is a hands-on role where you'll touch every part of the product lifecycle, from first sketch to finished garment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Creative Direction
Develop seasonal concepts, mood boards, and color palettes.
Create detailed sketches and digital renderings for new collections.
Explore silhouettes and patterns with a focus on quality and wearability.
2. Technical Design & Tech Packs
Build Tech Packs with measurements, BOM (Bill of Materials), and construction notes.
Translate designs into clear technical specifications for factory partners.
Work in Adobe Illustrator or CLO 3D for flat sketching or 3D renderings.
