LEAD FIREFIGHTER (PARAMEDIC/ HAZARDOUS MATERIALS TECHNICIAN)

Summary You will serve as a LEAD FIREFIGHTER (PARAMEDIC/ HAZARDOUS MATERIALS TECHNICIAN) for NAS PENSACOLA. Responsibilities You will perform structural firefighting duties for a variety of facilities that may include research and/ or large industrial complexes. You will perform hazard and risk assessment and conducts a complete incident analysis. You will conduct a methodical and systematic patient assessment/physical exam and determines the nature, extent, and seriousness of the patient's condition. You will lead a crew of three or more firefighters assigned to staff a pumper, aerial ladder truck. or airport rescue firefighting (ARFF) vehicle in firefighting and rescue operations.
