Lead- Functional Safety (Electric Axle)

Technical Skills:       Core Functional Safety:In-depth understanding of ISO 26262 (all parts, particularly Parts 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 10).Proficiency in conducting Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA).Experience in developing Functional Safety Concepts (FSC) and Technical Safety Concepts (TSC).Knowledge of safety analysis techniques: FMEA, FTA, DFA.Understanding of safety metrics (SPFM, LFM, PMHF) for hardware and software.Automotive Systems:Strong background in automotive electronics, specifically power electronics (inverters, DC-DC converters).Solid understanding of electric machines (PSM,ASM) and their control principles.Basic knowledge of transmission systems (e.g., gearboxes, differentials) in an e-Axle context.Familiarity with vehicle network architectures (CAN, LIN) and associated communication safety.Knowledge of relevant automotive industry standards and regulations beyond ISO 26262.Methodology & Soft Skills:Proven experience in applying the...
