Position Overview
Under the general direction of the Manager, the incumbent is responsible for investigation and documentation of existing, new and replacement building systems and components to support the installation, commissioning, startup, maintenance and servicing of said systems and components. Assists in the organization and coordination of the Shop's workflow to ensure efficient utilization of resources. Carries out functions of the Plumbing trade.
Experience
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the Plumbing field, preferably in a hospital environment, in all phases of installation, commissioning, start up, maintenance and servicing of building systems and components.

Minimum of two (2) years lead hand or supervisory experience required.

Experience in technical documentation of building systems and components, problem-solving and project completion required.
