Lead Hr Representative

This position provides day-to-day coordination of administrative and project-based work that sits outside centralized operations, while also supporting reporting, employee programs, and division-level priorities.

What you will do
Lead day-to-day human resources administrative processes for the assigned business unit that are outside centralized operations ownership.
Coordinate divisional human resources projects and annual processes, including talent reviews, employee engagement activities, culture initiatives, and other people-related programs.
