About You  
Strong experience engineering and supporting enterprise infrastructure in complex, hybrid environments 
Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies including Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and hybrid identity models 
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve high‑impact, enterprise‑level incidents end‑to‑end 
Solid understanding of infrastructure security principles, compliance requirements, and ITIL‑based processes 
Proficiency in scripting and automation, with PowerShell strongly preferred 
It would be great If you also had  
Experience with enterprise device and endpoint management platforms such as Intune or JAMF 
Exposure to vulnerability management, security tooling, and data governance platforms (e.g., Defender, Purview) 
Experience supporting large‑scale infrastructure or cloud migration initiatives
