Job Purpose
As our Lead Insights & CRO, you will sit at the intersection of data analytics, user experience, and business strategy. You aren’t just looking at what happened; you’re defining what happens next. You understand the full funnel and your goal is to maximize customer lifetime value through insights. You will define data driven tangible improvements for our website & app, whether it’s based on raw data or clear outcomes of our high velocity experimentation engine. 

Core tasks and responsibilities
Lead the team of 3-4 specialists with high visibility, (commercial) impact and fostering a collaborative culture by nurturing the technical and professional growth of the data analysts 

Partner with commercial and product teams democratizing data and pro-actively support them in further optimisation to attract, convert, retain and maximize the value of existing customers -
