Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow integration engineering or platform development.
- Strong hands‑on experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, scripting, business rules, and MID Servers .
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, SAML, JWT ).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines , version control (Git), and automated testing tools.
- Solid troubleshooting skills using logs, metrics, and traces.
- ITIL v4 Foundation knowledge and experience working in global delivery models .
Preferred Qualifications / Certifications
- Exposure to ITOM / CMDB / Service Graph
- Experience with Azure Integration Services, API Gateways, MuleSoft , or similar platforms
- Familiarity with observability stacks and performance testing
