Lead Maintenance Engineer (one in Electrical & Instrumentation discipline and one in Mechanical discipline) on a permanent basis to work on-site in Regina, SK.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support maintenance engineering tasks that vary both in type and complexity, including troubleshooting in-service equipment, developing Construction Work Packages (CWPs), and designing small-scale modifications and installations.
• Provide technical guidance to tradespeople, planners, and coordinators, resolving equipment issues, obsolescence challenges, and supporting field and shop repairs.
• Determine the most technically feasible and cost-effective short- or long-term solutions for equipment issues while considering risk, plant performance, downtime, and industry standards.
